Jack Orrok’s death February 13, 1990. Jack was 84 years old and had worked part time for Joe in ’22 and’23 and full time at Carter in ’24. He graciously donated his scrap book of his years in the huts, from which we published several of his snap shots in the last Resuscitator.
His close friends were Howe, Fran Belcher, Forbes MacGregor, Abe Parker, Charlie Morse and Gramps Monahan among others. He was interested in the OH and attended many monthly meetings and reunions over the years. Tim worked for Jack for 16 years at Debevose-Anderson and figures the main reason for his employment was their OH connection.
